Job Summary:

Responsible to monitor and advise all legal affairs in both internal and external legal concerns relating to school. a stimulating and well-organized learning environment for the students. The Legal Officer shall also ensure the school complies with the statutory and corporate governance practices and guidelines as observed within the education industry.  

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure to be familiar with and understand the school Integrity policy, and the assessment and all other related policies.

  • Be aligned with the school vision, mission and Philosophy.

  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.

  • Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management.

  • Provide and interpret legal information, conduct training and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to staff.

  • Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.

  • Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.

  • Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations in Myanmar and advise management accordingly.

  • Building relationship with third-party Law Firms and/or Government Offices as and when necessary.

  • Any other related responsibilities assigned by management if required.

 

 

 

Skills and Experiences Required:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, in Law or relevant field is preferred.

  • Minimum two years of experience in law firm or multinational organisations.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of, and experience with laws dealing with commercial/contract administration and labour laws.

  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory Law and practices.

  • Excellent negotiation and diplomatic skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with a wide range of people both internally and externally.

  • Be proactive, self-motivated and highly organized.

  • Work under pressure and able to adapt quickly in an evolving legal environment.

  • Excellent knowledge of Myanmar laws and regulations.

Job Summary:

Responsible for building strong relationships with students and parents from potential opportunities to become loyal.  H/She should be good at communication and people engagement, and able to maintain a stimulating and well-organized learning environment for the students. Students Success Manager shall ensure to provide the professional expertise, make an effective use of resources and ensure to improve the standards of individual’s learning environment and achievements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the focal point of contact at the school for prospective parents and students.

  • Be aligned with the school vision, mission and Philosophy.

  • Always maintain up to date and deep knowledge of school products and services.

  • Research and pursue new or potential parents and students by tracking database in liaison with school admissions team.

  • Identify the students’ needs and propose the suitable solution to Directors and or Head of Schools.

  • Provide professional and extra care services to existing students and parents to meet their requests.

  • Ensure to resolve any issues or complaints promptly with comprehensive solutions and provide appropriate guidance.

  • Always think out the of the box on creating the ideas and events in order to achieve students and parents’ loyalty.

  • Proactively enlighten and observe the academic requirements of students at all time. 

  • Be progressive on providing advice to management to build the students’ successes simultaneously.

  • Adhere all information and queries are effectively delegated to related staff and or department.

  • Maintain confidentiality of students’ information and database.

  • Ensure students’ success and parents’ satisfactions are as always a first priority.

  • Attend parent-teacher meetings and events to promote the engagement between school and the parents.

  • Reserve to present in any occasions in the absence of Directors and or Head of Schools.

  • Build positive, long-term relationships and support students to become successful learning environment.  

  • Any other tasks assigned by the management as and when necessary.

Skills and Experiences Required:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, in Public Relations or relevant field is preferred.

  • Have a minimum of three years’ experiences in a similar role or at service industry (preferably in an international school environment or multinational companies).

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills not only as an approachable person but also a relationship builder.

  • Be fluent in spoken and written in Myanmar as well as in English and proficient in other languages will be value-added.

  • Being resourceful and great understandings of educational philosophy and academic technical acumen.

  • Be open-minded person, a strong team player with positive attitude.

The teacher should be good at teaching, communication and able to motivate the students’ learning process. S/He should be able to provide the professional expertise, high quality teaching, make an effective use of resources and ensure to improve the standards of individual’s learning environment and achievements.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure to be familiar with and understand the Academic Integrity policy, and the assessment and all other related policies.

  • Be aligned with the school vision, mission and Philosophy.

  • Be an effective, compassionate and caring teacher who is responsible for the planning, teaching, learning and students’ assessment in the class and the school.

  • Raise standards of student attainment and achievement within the whole subject/curriculum area and to monitor and support student progress.

  • Access, provide feedback and report on student learning and progress.

  • Utilize the varieties of different teaching styles for each student if requires.

  • Facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.

  • Develop a quality learning programme, be supportive, discipline and create a safe learning environments including student behaviours.

  • Hold relevant qualifications such as Early Childhood Care and Development Certificate, TEFL and/or TESOL are preferable.

  • Have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role (preferably in an international school environment), working with same age group

Job Summary:

The Associate Teacher should be assisting to class teachers and subject teachers, good in communication and able to support the students’ learning process. S/He should be able to provide the professional expertise, highly passionate in teaching, make an effective use of resources and ensure to improve the standards of individual’s learning environment and achievements.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support children across the curriculum, often with a particular focus on reading and writing.

  • Give extra help to children with special needs or those for whom English is not their first language.

  • Help to develop programmes of learning activities and adapting appropriate materials.

  • Motivate and encourage pupils in learning.

  • Assist in markings and students report.

  • Attend meetings and reviews.

  • Help with school events, trips, and activities.

  • Maintain an orderly classroom and handle all disturbances in accordance with guidelines.

  • Adhere to all lesson plans while interacting with students.

  • Assist class teacher with work overflow.

 

Your main areas of responsibility will fall under the areas of:

  • Operational (A range of other tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the classroom e.g., lighting, cleaning teaching resources, setting up and packing the resources, preparing learning resources etc.).

  • Support behavior by implementing a combination of proactive and re-active techniques such as rapport building, low key responses and proximity.

  • Demonstrating, supervising, and participating in activities which enhance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children in schools and preschool centers.

  • Student outcomes (including ensuring the effective operation of target setting, monitoring and evaluation systems and the input and maintenance of accurate student data)

  • Able to keep in control of class during teacher’s absence

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree

  • Have ability to come up with the solutions to the problems through proper illustrations and models

  • Have knowledge of current curriculum developments in subject and their implications

  • Have good knowledge and understanding of current educational philosophy
